UPDATES TO CELL-GATE CALL BOX - MAY 2026

Dear Residents,

The resident names in the call box at the visitors’ entry gate were recently updated for those who are not original owners and purchased their homes from a former resident.

The call box may be used by visitors, service workers, delivery workers, etc., who do not have the gate code.  They can access a list of resident names and find your unit # and name; they would then select your name and press a button which dials a phone number associated with you.  Your will then receive a call from this number:  972-231-1999.  Upon answering the call, you will be able to see and hear who is at the gate as well as talk to them; you then have the ability to open the gate directly from your phone by following the prompts, if you want to grant entry to your visitor at the gate.

You may receive an email from Cell-gate regarding this update and you may be asked to provide information (i.e. adding or updating a password) to Cell-gate.  This is not a scam, and you should supply the information if you want the ability to control the entry gate from your phone when you have a visitor.

Again, if you receive a call on your cellphone from the number 972-231-1999, it means that a visitor (i.e. service person, etc.) is at the gate, has located your name on the call box and selected it, which then dials your number from the call box.  They are at the gate, waiting for you to open it—which you can do directly by following the prompts on your phone.  Only open the gate if it is someone you know or are expecting to visit you!
